Privacy
What we collect
Your email address, to attach the order and to give you back access to your keys. The contents of your order and its amount. Nothing else: no name, no postal address, no phone number, no advertising profiling.
Your card number
RetroX never sees it and never stores it. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, on Stripe's servers. We keep only the technical identifier of the transaction, so that we can issue refunds.
Cookies
Two only, both strictly necessary: the one holding your cart, and the one keeping the admin session. No advertising cookie, no tracker, no third-party analytics. There is therefore no consent banner to show.
Retention
Orders are kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require. Delivered keys stay reachable through your order link for as long as the order exists.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your information, its correction or its deletion, subject to the accounting records the law requires us to keep. Write to the contact address. The person responsible for the protection of personal information answers within thirty days.
